UNIWELL MACHINE SUPPORT
We provide maintenance services to owners and dealers of the Uniwell range of cash registers. These include:
- Printer and motherboard repiars,
- Re-programming,
- Parts to keyboards, customer displays and various others and
- Refurbishing of various models including, UX40, UX43, and SX models.
MAINTENANCE (HARDWARE)
After sales service is very important to us and we provide the following maintenance services to our customers:
- Telephonic support,
- Warranty repairs,
- Maintenance contracts, including Service Level Agreements (SLA's),
- Swop-out equipment,
- On-site support and
- Time and material call-out.
We strive towards having our customers up and working again, with the minimum delay.
